What are the choices and requirements for the clean room engineering floor in the clean laboratory design?
In the clean laboratory design, according to different customer needs, different types of floor materials such as epoxy self-leveling, PVC coil and epoxy colored sand floor will be provided. And can provide special ground material with antistatic surface, and at the same time, it can be designed to distinguish different cleanness levels of ground in different colors in a project.
Types of clean room engineering ground
(1) Raised floor and raised floor are typical vertical one-way clean room floors. The characteristics of the raised floor are: the ground can return air, the air permeability is good, the cost is high, and the elasticity is poor.
(2) Terrazzo floor. The characteristics of terrazzo floor are smooth, not easy to produce dust, good integrity, washable, anti-static, and non-elastic. The material of the moldings used should depend on the characteristics of the user's products. For example, copper will contaminate the phosphor of the picture tube and change its luminous characteristics, so the picture tube factory cannot use copper moldings.
(3) Paint the floor. The characteristics of the coating floor are: it has the advantages of a terrazzo floor, wear resistance, good sealing, elasticity, and complex construction. The commonly used materials for designing paint floors in clean laboratories include epoxy resin, polyester resin, polyurethane resin, coloring pigments, and hardeners.
(4) Coiled sheet floor. The characteristics of the coiled sheet floor are: smooth, wear-resistant, slightly elastic, not easy to dust, easy to clean, easy to generate static electricity, easy to aging the sheet by ultraviolet radiation, simple construction, and at the same time, due to the different elasticity of the sheet and concrete base Large-area applications may crust. The commonly used materials for coiled materials are mostly plastics with polyvinyl chloride resin as the main body, with polyvinyl chloride as the surface layer and inorganic filler as the inner layer.
The general requirements of the clean room engineering floor are as follows: flat and smooth, wear-resistant, not easy to dust, corrosion-resistant (acid, alkali, drugs, etc.), anti-static, non-slip, can be processed with few or no joints, and easy to clean.
