Manufacturers using air showers sometimes encounter the phenomenon that the air shower does not blow shower. When the air shower manufacturer fails to arrive at the scene in time to deal with the fault, you may refer to the following precautions for not blowing the air shower:

1. First, check whether the power switch and emergency stop switch of the air shower are in the open state. If the two reasons are not the same, you should check whether the circuit and the leakage switch are closed.

2. Check whether the FUSE fuse configured on the IC circuit board of the air shower is blown. If the fuse is blown, the 4A fuse needs to be replaced.

3. Check whether the micro switch and photoelectric switch of the air shower are in action. If there is no action, the micro switch and photoelectric switch should be replaced.

4. If the AC contactor of the air shower room does not work, it will affect the blowing shower, and the AC contactor needs to be replaced.

5. If the air shower circuit board cannot output signals to the AC contactor coil, the IC circuit board needs to be replaced.

6. When the air shower room is blowing shower, it is not allowed to open the door forcibly. In case of emergency, you can press the emergency stop switch to stop.
