Technical instructions for leak detection of high-efficiency filters before leaving the factory in the air shower
Inspection of the air shower room before leaving the factory
1. First, check the leak of the high-efficiency filter. After the installation of the high-efficiency air filter is completed, the leak test should be carried out according to the on-site leak detection method provided by the clean room construction and acceptance specification.
2. Secondly, the detection of the average wind speed of the airflow of the stainless steel air shower nozzle. The average wind speed of the airflow in the air shower room is the arithmetic mean value of the wind speed readings of each measured air outlet. The average wind speed of the airflow should meet the requirement of 18-25m/s.
3. For the third test of the noise of the air shower room, the center of the air shower room under test is 1000mm outward horizontally and the height is 1500mm from the ground. The noise value should meet the requirement of "72 decibels.
4. Set a measurement point every 500mm for the illuminance of the air shower. When the distance from the inner wall is less than 150mm, it is no longer set. The measured air shower is placed under normal working conditions, and the measurement points are detected at a height of 800mm from the ground with an illuminance meter. The illuminance of the measured air shower room is the arithmetic mean of the illuminance of each measurement point.
5. Pressure difference in the air shower room Install a pressure difference gauge outside the air shower room, and place the measuring tube in the air shower room at a height of 1m from the ground and not less than 20cm from the inner wall through a hole that can be sealed. Close the door of the air shower and start the fan in the shower. After 15 seconds, measure the indoor and outdoor pressure difference. Repeat the measurement three times.
6. The leakage current test of the air shower room shall be tested according to the national standard. The current value should meet the regulations.
7. Check the grounding resistance of the air shower. All the function switches of the tested air purification air shower are set to the "off" position. Use a grounding resistance tester to measure the resistance between the grounding terminal and the accessible metal parts. The resistance value should be Compliance.
8. The air shower withstand voltage test, the electric strength test lasted 1min, withstood the AC voltage of the basic sine wave with a frequency of 50Hz, and the test site was between the power input terminal and the metal casing. The voltage applied initially does not exceed half of the specified value, and then rises rapidly to the specified value, and breakdown should not occur during the test. The withstand voltage should meet the regulations.
9. For the insulation resistance of the air shower, measure the insulation resistance after applying a 500V DC voltage for 1 minute, and the value between the live parts and the shell should meet the regulations.
10. For the interlock detection of the air shower door, the interlock function of the doors on both sides of the air shower should be tested and tested.
a) In the air shower without showering. Open the door on one side of the shower room at will, and check whether the door on the other side cannot be opened. Doors on each side shall be tested at least three times;
b), when the air shower room is in the shower state. Check whether the doors on both sides are locked, at least three times;
c) When the air shower room is powered off or the self-locking function of the door fails, whether the doors on both sides can be manually opened, at least three tests.
11. After the appearance inspection of the air shower room, the packaging and transportation test will be carried out.
